I wonder if I should jailbreak my iPhone 6 or not?

I've heard that my battery will drain much faster and that it will be affected by slowness after a while. What do you guys think?
Should I jailbreak or not? Why, why not?

I jailbroke my 6+ on iOS 8.1, and yes it's true. The battery drains a lot quicker, sort of like having only 50% battery when your at 100%. But it's kind of worth it. You can cheat on games and have a laugh, customize your phone to your preferences, or even make a tweak that you've dreamed of if you learn the language. Have a app but cant put it on app store? You can make a repo and upload your app instantly if you make your own repo or get one at myrepospace. It's fun, but the battery just drops. Now, you mentioned that your phone get's slower after a while. It kind of does, but not noticeable. And it depends on how much tweaks you have and have enabled. I recommend you do jailbreak. Here's a tutorial if you don't yet know how.

Downgrade from 8.1.3 to 8.1.2: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Jailbreak via iOS 8.1.2 Using TaiG Tool: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Jailbreak via iOS 8.1 Using Pangu Tool: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I Recommend you use TaiG because Pangu give's you less battery time and sometimes can crash your phone. Also, it's only for 8.1

First, those who say the phone is impacted in a bad way are wrong. Jailbreaking is the process used to achieve root access. Nothing more is effected by this no difference in battery or performance. They can be effected by tweaks or apps installed by the user though. I personally recommend jailbreaking.

Hereis a Guide i wrote on how to jailbreak. good luck.

The only way that jailbreaking affects battery life is when you download certain tweaks that are known to, or aren't properly polished.

My iPhone and iPad are both jailbroken and I have no issues with battery life! That said you should definitely do it!!

Funny, my jailbreak experience has improved my battery life, not hard to do if you take time to do a little research. For the slowness issue, hasn't happened to my i6 yet but it happens to every device eventually regardless if it's jailbroken.

Basically, jailbreak.

I personally am getting an iPhone 6 here soon. And, I will be jail-breaking mine as it causes only positive effects and is something that I always do. I personally would recommend everyone to!
