I've always had this question and I just don't understand it? In my opinion, being skinny is a feminine trait so why do girls like abs so much? P.S. I'm not fat I'm 5'9 and 154 pounds lol I'm actually trying to gain weight

You don't have to be skinny to have abs, you just have to be physically fit, it's nowhere near a feminine trait :facepalm:

I'm talking about our general age range... I'm not talking a 250 pound NFL linebacker or body builder. I'm talking kids genrally 13-18 years old.

Same goes for 13-18? Workout your core and you get a slim waist with great abdominals? It's really not feminine whatsoever.

Okay, but why abs instead of arms? Big arms are a more masculine trait.
