No. Pretty sure it uses the i5's iGPU. It will definitely have a horrible quality PSU. The case means no easy upgrades, other than maybe adding an SSD and upgrading RAM. It also depends on what you mean by "doing youtube". Regardless, you'd be better building your own rig.

Most if not all major brand Pre-built systems come with a crappy quality PSU and built in central heating.

op: what is the system being used for? Just minecraft? Like craigyy_jr said you would be best off building your own desktop. For just minecraft and rendering videos to upload to youtube yes it should be fine. Can you get better for your money? Yes!

You can better build your own system With an Pentium and 4 GB Ram if you are only going to use it for minecraft and youtube and you spare some money to buy a decent videocart that will run many games with a min of 40 FPS
