Well there's your issue then.

Your settings are bad, not your PC. Sort them out and you'll be golden.

&, if your running on a 60Hz monitor, all this 9million FPS that you want wont help one single bit.

If it looks like shit then sort your rendering settings out. It drops to 60 when recording? Well what are you using to record? A lot of software lock the framerate at 60

but it needs to look smexy in 60fps . trying to get it to look like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
