Can't playing anything or go on anything like I click on Netflix and it says I must be connected to Xbox live but I already am I don't know what's going on this is the first time it happened to me any one knows what to do about this.

Same here, only thing i can get to work is my internet explorer ironically enough. Service alerts dont have anything on it either. :/

Same thing happend to me. I click on it, it shows me the screen but it doesn't load. You aint alone.
FIX everything works on 360. Netflix and YouTube. I suggest switching over for now.

Actually it does show the main issue. What it doesn't show is the tiny issues. If you would of read some of the comments they almost all say Netflix issues, correct? and when loading netflix it gives some people the error of you having to be connected to xbox live but you are already connected. There is the problem with the app other then it not really working it is also not registering your connected to the internet at all. I read up on a lot of this stuff and I even work with app/and game designers, this stuff should never happen because they are a multi billion dollar company, but it does. Yes it sucks but there is nothing we can really do about it.

Just hard reset your xbox. Hold the power button until it turns off and when the xbox turns back on it should be a green screen. That fixes every problem I have
