A friend of mine has recently been consol banned off of his Xbox but he has already gave me his account username and password before the indecent. He said that I am aloud to keep his account since he won't get a new Xbox. So I was wondering if I log onto his account on my own Xbox , will it get me consol banned as well? Thanks for any help!

No I think you'll be fine, if they wanted his account to be banned they would be banned his account too. Sometimes they don't ban the account and just the console (like what they did to me at first). I know while I was console banned I would go over to a friends house and play over there.

I'm pretty sure you will also get console banned so I wouldn't try if I were you. The best thing you can do is leave it so that you know you're still in the safe zone.

No, if the console has been banned but not the account, the enforcement team found no broken conduct on the account which means it is free to play on as you wish. As long as you do not violate the Code of Conduct/ToS on the account.
