I am looking for a non expensive liquid cooling kit for a cpu, any ideas? I have a fm2 cpu. My budget is around 150 if you can make a system that fits instead that works too

You wanna include what case you have as your current one might not accept a dual rad. Also unless you plan on overclocking a cheap air cooler would be better.

FM2 means you either have a low end CPU or an APU and that's just not worth watercooling IMO. If you're having trouble with temps, something like a Hyper 212 EVO should easily fix that. We don't know your currency, but regardless, 150 is quite tight for a custom loop.

212 Evo is an awesome cooler for the price, I used one and could get my i5 3570K to 4.3GHz so I would go with one of those till you upgrade.

Yeah, there very tall and can also get in the way of high profile RAM, so look out for that.
