I have the coins and squad ideas but idk if I should get him. My mate says that his 80 shooting feels like 85+ and his curl shots are godly. What do you think? Is he worth it?

I say he is if you put a good team around him.

He's very fast and his dribbling is unreal

he is also very weak which could be seen as a con, i would recommend using him in a 4321
he is especially good if you are the type of player that uses skills.
Personally I loved the regular neymar card when i packed him so i went out and picked myself up a SIF Neymar and his finesse shots seem legit
