I do not want to build my own but is this a good build to play most games on max settings?

No its not very good, Processor is decent but the power supply is crap and so is the GPU. Its also expensive.

Sounds like that is a pre-built system, I would say always build yourself because you're ripped off on pre-built computers.

hey there

that's a good PC apart from the graphics

with that GTX 740 you wont be running games on very good settings. most likely medium at the most.

depending on your budget i would recommend something like the 960 or or 770 or anything higher than that

Okay but could someone help me I would like to spend under 1,300 with mouse keyboard and monitor. Buying from cyberpowerpc. Dont wanna build my own want to be able to run most games on high
