Can anyone explain the best way for it to drop
I have everything from the raid but still no crux anyone know what's up?

You need to be wearing the "Glowhoo" armor shader, and from then it's just a random drop.

You dont need to be wearing it the way to get it is if you have killed crota on hard mode with a character you have a chance of getting it on that character and you cant do easy crota you need to wait to the reset and then only do hard mode because my friend got it last week and wasnt wearing glowhoo
