New Minecraft Server Idea

Me and my friend are wanting to startup a decent minecraft server we need
Ranks

Admins
Moderators
Helpers

The helpers will be all around based on how much you can help the server with it being even helping someone build a small starter home making new kits ect...

Must Be 15
Must Have Mic
Must Have Skype
Must Be A Chill User
Must Be On atleast 5-6 Hours a week to the server even more depending on how many people apply

Tell me what servers you've been Admin On Before
What you can do based plugins helping out

Helping Out With Plugins Setting Up The Server Same As Admin But a little lesss

And For Both Why You Want Them And Why You Deserve them Be Honest we dont want liars it will be decided by 2 people so Honesty Is Best
