Parents got me this for my birthday, it's still not opened so before I did I thought I'd find out if it's good or not.

It seems rather good for the price.

Has a short response time which is good, but could be better. If you're looking into playing competitively you'd like a better response time.

The size is good as well as the screen resolution.

That's the monitor my parents got me for christmas. It's amazing.It's only $10 more than your but it has a better response time.
