My most played game is bioshock infinite.
I have nearly 55 hours on a game with JUST a story line(minus the arcade dlc which in all honesty had no replay value) i have played all the dlc's(recommend them) it is also the only game i have purchased a season pass for.
I have all the achievements on steam for this game 80/80 and i still play it. Although it only has a single player story which has NO multiple choice or routes that affect the game(except one where you can be given a gift its pretty useless and i won't spoil it for everyone) i still have played it through 3-4 times and still play it.
The game is beautiful and immersive and all you can ask for in a game. it doesn't live up to it's older games in the series but normally when you get to a third game in a series it is kind of lacking story wise xD
(bought as a 3 pack for 12.99 which included bioshock 1,2 and infinite)
although it isn't necessary i would recommend playing the first 2 before playing infinite as you will understand the ending to infinite a little better(although i was mind-**** for about 2-3 hours and had to play the chapter a few times to understand it)
now that i have finished rambling.
10/10 would recommend to everyone go buy it now!!!
multiplayer games i'd say it's League Of Legends and cs:go in second place

I'd have to say Skyrim, I'm pushing 750 hours of game time.

I'd have to say Cod WaW had most of my hours.
I had about 34 days of playing time.
The current game I spend a ton of time on is NHL 15.
I also played GTA V a lot and eventually got bored of it.
When I played PC, I spent most of my time on Warcraft 3, LoTR BFME.

For me probably Skyrim, there's so much to do on the game you could spend forever on it!

Probably Madden 15 on the One, the grind is real on that game.
