Does anyone know how to fix the blue screen of death with this error message popping up and the black screen with a mouse cursor... Apparently it is a virus and I can't go to my desktop to remove them with control panel because of these. Please help me I just got another RGH and need my Windows computer to transfer all my files with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Thanks guys

Why do you think it is a virus? That error message is a correct one for a STOP screen, however the code is displayed at the bottom will help determining the issue.
You could try booting the system into safe mode to see if that solves the issue and to revert any changes you made which could have caused the problem.

my laptop im on now use to do this like 2 weeks ago, pissed me off soo much, so what i did i went to control panel>device manager>look for any devices or pieces of software with an exclamation point beside it and either try to find the driver or disable it if its not being used. mine was a usb device that the computer couldnt find the driver *hence* giving me the error.

The Watchdog BSoD is not a virus and can be caused but a variety of programs,
Mine was caused by Hamachi (Virtual Network Program) and all I had to do was remove it and after that when I re installed it, it was fine
You have to download a crash report viewer and find what the conflicting program is.

could also restore your computer to a few weeks behind and solve it possibly
