It isn't? Because the guy who got it downloaded it from the marketplace. Then SL0W went on that guy's account and went to download history and downloaded it to him. He then let muzzafuzza on his account and let him download it.

All of Optic also has the beta, and many other Youtubers with over 100,000 subscribers.

There is a link which leads to "call of duty first strike" beta on the marketplace on xbox.com. If you click download it will ask you for a beta code. Type it in and it will probably download

the only way to do that is with a licence tranfer.
