That's because cyberpower sucks. Build your own. You'll get ripped off if you get a pre-built or buy from one of those "building sites". I'd be surprised if that PSU didn't explode. The 960 is a little less powerful than the 280, so the R9 290 I suggested is much better. No need for an i7, i5 would do fine and a locked CPU with a Z97 motherboard is pretty much pointless, unless you're making use of the other extra features, and just not overclocking.
