Thats not a very good build what your budget and currency also do you need keyboard, mouse ect?

My currency is Us And I would like to be able to run GTA5 but could I do that on a $1000 budget?

You could change the ram on Sanctyy's build for 1866mhz.
Also the MX100 has slower write speeds on the SSD than the updated BX100

Changing the RAM is pointless. It will make no noticeable difference whatsoever. Spend the extra $10 on SSD if you wish.
