take away a 500gb SSD. Swap for a 250gb and get a 1TB WD Blue or 1TB Seagate barrucuda.

Oh god no. Is $1500 your budget? Do you need monitor/mouse/keyboard? Will you overclock? What will you use the PC for(gaming/editing/other)?

I was going to say get an intel processor instead of amd but Sanctyy made a good build for you, id use his if i were you. No need for 16gb of ram, or the 500gb ssd.
