I would highly recommend this site, it has a lot of mature players who respect everyone when playing. (be warned there may be some immature players)this is the one i personally use.

This is also a very useful site, just post what console, event and gamertag and you should receive some replies.

This is a useful LFG site, that has an active live chat feed of guardians looking for assistance
