MFW I've watched almost all of these.

Great list OP. Some of these are even in my top 10.

You should add :

Ef - A Tale of Memories
Ef - A Tale of Melodies

Seitokai Yakuindomo < This is not technically a Romance, there is love interests, and is tagged as Harem so I'll leave this here. It's so funny, it's easily in my top 5. With 2 Seasons and 8 OVAs it's filled with Sex Jokes, and all around makes me laugh so hard everytime I watch it.
"NO SPOILERS" It still has some love interests in it.

For all you CrunchyRoll people, only Season 2 is on there, no OVAs just Season 2. DON'T WATCH IT BEFORE SEASON 1. You'll miss out on a lot of context.

A Bridge to the Starry Skies - Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi
Harem, best girl doesn't win. I HATE it. But it's still a Romance.

Can I even put this here without getting mad?
Ending made me mad beyond what I can type here. Still a Romance. I suggest NOT watching the ending if you don't want the series ruined in 4mins.

No... just not even close. The MC of School Days is pretty unlikable not something I say very often.


But the ending is really satisfying if you don't like the main character.

you forgot "myself, yourself" and "School Days". Both are some of the best anime i've ever seen as far as romance goes.
