idk if my xbox is broke or my disc but, when i play it i can get into a game, but then it will say disc undreadable, when i try to install it, it stops at 18% everytime, but when i look at my disc it has like zero scratches, can anybody tell me a quick fix?

They only reasoning would be because the disc is scratched.
But saying that your disc does not have a scratch on it then it has to be your CD Drive.

i thought that too, but then i tried a couple of other games, and they all worked fine, and they even actually had a couple of easily noticed scratches, with is confusing lol

Another reason that this could be happening is that your disc has been kind of worn out. Can you see through the disc? (Meaning you look at the side the drive reads and you can see the front label.) If you can that is a bad sign Also how old is the disc?
