So today I bought a 3 month gold membership for my second account and for some reason I can't go on the maps packs for COD WAW? I can't licence transfer because it says I've already used it recently?
How can I solve this cause its extremely annoying, thanks guys!

The maps are assigned to the profile you bought it with. Try launching the game in the profile you bought the map packs with, then log out of that profile and use the one you just put the gold on without exiting the game.

Well, you HAVE to licence transfer for it to work. Buying Gold for it to work doesn't do anything.
Check how much time you have left until the next transfer is available, hopefully it's before your membership expires.
You can try what Psychonauts said, it might work too.

^^ Pretty sure this only works in MW2 and older games.
This method works for WaW but I believe you need 2 controllers one with the profile with the maps on and and the second controller the one without I've done this in the past so it should work
