I am assuming Seagm is an automated service for coin selling. EA has recently closed the transfer market on the Web and Companion Apps meaning many coin selling sites have been having issues with their automated services.

So I'm not going to get my coins

They just told me it will be bough within 1-8 hours after the web app is back up or when they get to it saying they only have 2 consoles

It took 16-18 hours for me to receive my coins, they can't do it over the web app anymore so they have to do it 1 by 1 over console, they have 1000+ orders to do. If I was you if it doesn't come within 24 hours get a refund.

Yeah they can, they are doing it all on console's that's why it's taking that long for them to deliver.

If the web app doesn't come back up that means it will take longer for your coins to get delivered because they are doing it on the consoles and it takes ages to do it on the console.
