If you dropout, you should at least get a GED, and maybe go to a community college to at least prove your trying. The employer will most likely hire the person!

Its way cheaper, however most jobs wouldn't accept you without college degree. I say if they can pass a test then hire them

Honestly it depends in my opinion like if someone just started a business i wouldn't want to be known as that guy who hires dropouts and stuff you know? i mean yeah i would hire like 1 or maybe 2 dropout(s) and that's it
i have nothing aginst drop outs this post is not to be like taken offensively and stuff so yeah

I bet he would hire him.

Well a person who has completed high school/college has proof of what they've learned. I get what you're trying to say but, from a business stand point employers would rather hire person A who has a diploma or degree than take a chance on person B who does not. Mainly because people who have completed schooling tend to be much more reliable In the work force. Person B could literally be full of shit and that ends up being a waste of money and time for them. Personally, I'm all for getting your education. I honestly don't think it'll be too long before there are no jobs yiu can get without some form of education.

If someone drops out of education early then it looks to the potential employer that they can't handle/don't like to work etc. even though there may potentially be a valid reason this is just looking at the other side of the argument.
I believe that the individuals should be given a chance depending on the job role.

Its a proven fact that on the Forbes most successful people 6/10 of the people dropped out of school to start there ventures into business in some way. The most famous being Bill Gates. Sir Alan Sugar didn't stay in school i believe.
