Hey, I am looking for a PC built. I have a budget of 550 pounds for just the computer. I need it to be good for streaming and YouTube please.

Preferably with a decent processor and 16gb ram thanks.

Save £60 by swapping the GTX 960 for an R9 270 if you wish, use the saved money to swap the 4440 for a Xeon E3-1230 V3.

AM3+ is dead, and the 4440 will be fine for streaming, OP's better with an easy upgrade to a Xeon IMO. GPU is terrible in comparison, as is case and PSU. As OP is on a tight budget, I wouldn't be getting 16GB RAM right now in any case, he'd be better with 8GB since he can easily add another 8GB on the cheap.
