What I would do is get an SSD, add a 970 and upgrade your PSU (if it's terrible). Everything else looks fine to me. Apart from the CPU, but it should be alright for now. It's not exactly terrible, since it is an Intel quad core.

Also, upgrade your OS to 64bit as I said before.

Do all of that and you may have some change left in your pocket.

Well i would say upgrade your pc because im gonna invest some money in a pc soon enough.
