Having played DayZ, that will not be enough to have a playable game.

I have an FX 8320 and a GTX 970. It still runs quite average on this.

I wouldn't look to buy a computer for this low budget if this is the type of game you wish to play.

I have put alittle build together for you but when you get more money you want to upgrade your cpu to a i5 or you would want to upgrade your gpu. now remember this build is without a OS but you can get windows 7 premium 64bit for 100$ extra. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Don't get that.

OP-If you can manage $450 after rebates, here;

It will run DayZ, but probably not very well. Upgrade to an i5/i7/Xeon easily. Add 4GB RAM when you can, and then add an SSD. You can easily upgrade to a GTX 970 as well.

You know what i have noticed you do alot is like to come on to peoples stuff and complain about the builds people do. i know people with all of these parts and he runs 1080p on most games and gets a decent amount of fps. so stop shitting on peoples builds when yours are just as bad if not worst. -Lateq

Lol, I don't complain. I call people out when they suggest something bad. If you're trying to say someone gets playable settings at 1080p with a GT 640, you're lying. 640 struggles to run games at medium setting on the old 4:3 monitors. GT 640 isn't even worth it, the i3's iGPU would be just as good. For $85, you could get an entry level card. Lol, yeah, my suggestion was worse, even though it had a better PSU, case, RAM and GPU. No need to spend $80 on a motherboard when you can get one for $50, especially on a tight budget. No need to waste excess money on case, RAM and HDD for no improvement whatsoever.
