Cases will sometimes drop at the end of matches, Keys, you will have to buy.

The average amount of Drops at the end of a game is roughly 2-8 per week, with an average of 2 crates & 3 skins.

Doesn't matter if you joined at the last round or went 0-16, chances of getting a drop are the exact same, although Items will only drop on a VAC secured Server.

you can earn 2 cases and 2 skins from drops from just playing per week(these reset every thursday after that you can get 2 of each again)

alternatively you can purchase mission for a reasonable fee which drop cases and skins if you complete them+ you get a nice badge the community can see in game.

you have to buy keys though unfortunately or trade with someone who already has bought them.
