When i run a game like Garry's mod or Counter Strike my game starts freezing really bad like i cant even move or talk. This started happening today and i don't know how to fix it. Can anybody help me ? Also when i play on a minecraft server ill play for like 30 seconds and it will give me a error on like my java.io... Can anybody help ?

Maybe you have too many applications opened at the same time? If your Hard Drive is full, that would be a factor. Hopefully this gets resolved for you! :]

Try taking a spray can ( compressed air ) and take off the pannel of you pc and get all the dust out. Thats what ill suggest lol.
