So the computer I have now is a basic computer with no real impressive gaming specs. Now I want to upgrade to an actual gaming computer and I have $500 to spend on just the tower itself or a laptop.
So I am currently looking for the best gaming tower and the best I have came across so far is.. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Any other suggestions?

Would you be willing to build a computer. You will be able to get a lot more for your money. It is not difficult, but it is time consuming the first time.

I have thought about doing it but always feared of me buying the parts then $%@&ing something up and wasting my money.

you should probably build your own, you'll get more for your penny, and not only more but better components

I swear, this section, god damn. Okay, you're in the PC Building section, not the correct section for pre-built advice, at all. Secondly, you don't want a pre-built. The one you linked has a 3 year old card, that just isn't worth it anyway. You don't want to look for something similar, but with 6GB RAM..! Building a PC is not hard, nor is it time consuming, at all. You can easily build a good rig for $500. If you don't build a rig you're going to get ripped off and waste money so if your issue is wasting money, you're going in the wrong direction entirely.
