I've placed an order for some coins and it says "ready for delivery" does this mean I have to wait for them or have to do something else?

Because of the web app down, they don't do them. Instantly anymore, it's all done manually. Be patient man.

It means that they have received your payment, and that they are buying your player

Yeah, they'll only be done through console at the moment, so It may take some time to get your coins. As long as you put your card up for 3 days you should be fine, it shouldn't take longer any longer than that. (Unless they have a ton of orders, of course.)
