Team Alternate.eSports [Open & Recruiting]

Team Alternate is now recruiting!

We are a Competitive focused team, based mainly off of Advanced Warfare [Xbox One].
Our team is mostly focused on the smaller things at the start such as;
Our rank play team rank.
Small eSports online tourney's.
Building a strong connection between players.
Focused on building a good reputation in the competitive community.
Building our team around every players strengths and weakness (certain spots people can play etc).

What skills are necessary?

Although we are committed to building a strong team in every aspect to fit our gameplay style, we also have some skills which are necessary to be able to apply!

These are the following:

Must have some map knowledge of certain maps and game mode knowledge is required to a certain level.
You must have thumbs, what we mean by this is that you MUST be able to play the game to a fast pace competitive level, even if you have a slow start.
You MUST be committed. We cannot stress this enough, we understand players have other things going on in there lives, so we can arrange clan training sessions and our tournaments when we have a open window for the team (this means you do not have to worry about always being online and miss other important things)
Know your role as a player, if you do not play your role correctly/to a decent standard this can cause minor issues in the team, it can cause stress mid game, and the worst thing in the middle of a competitive match, is forgetting your place and end up losing.
This is not compulsory, but having a decent sniper on some game types and maps would be a really good addition to the team!
You must not rely on us 24/7 to help you in game, you have a brain so use it and tactically think about what your opponent will do next.

We have some information here for you to read which will be useful:

We do have an age limit to be a part of the team which is - 14 to 16 years of age - and have a decent sounding voice (basically not squeaky)
No mic is necessary to join, only Skype.
We are open to hear where you think we need improvements or a better strategy.
We are always open to new ideas to improve the teams strengths and weaknesses.
Must use the clan's clan tag when in competitive matches.
Most important stay Loyal.
