He's 15 years old and doesnt have enough money to afford a diet plan
heres his plan
Eat oatmeal in the morning ( 1 packet of Quaker original oatmeal, 100 calories 20 from fat, and total fat: 2g, daily fiber 3g)
For lunch eat a sandwich Oscar Mayer, Mesquite smoked turkey breast ( 50 calories 10 from fat, total fat: 1g,) ALONG With 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread ( 80 calories, 10 from fat, fiber 2g, and total fat 1g PER SLICE) Along with 1 slice of Kraft american singles cheese ( 60 calories 40 from fat, total fat 4g, protein 3g,) and an apple
And for dinner eat again another sandwich or oatmeal depends on which he prefers
He's wondering if this is healthy enough to loose weight comment below with thought,
Or comment below with your diet or links to websites thanks!

Also a gym membership would be a good help, my next door neighbour used to be 18 stone. He is now 12 and fully fit after nearly a year in the gym and eating the right foods, he looks 10 times better!

Loosing weight isn't just diet alone. I mean, diet is definitely a good thing to change, but you are going to need to work out along side the diet.
If he is over weight and wants to burn fat, I would go on a cutting workout plan. This isn't focused on building muscle, but focuses on more cardio activities where you are going to burn off the fat.
Its not going to be easy, but you need to push him and make sure he doesn't quit or cheat.

Just make sure when you go to the gym you do not do the same routine every day.. And for his diet. He doesn't have to starve himself. Just need to eat healthy with a lot of water. The oatmeal is good for breakfast and maybe some eggs with cheese on them or some sort of meat? Lunch is the same thing sandwich OK fine and all but I personally eat more then just a apple a day. I would mix up his fruit and veggies. Dinner depends on what is available. Protein is important but so is everything else. Do not starve him then have him go to the gym.
I go to the gym at least 6 days a week. On a clean diet with water only (sometimes milk too) I am pushing almost 4.5k calories a day eating healthy. But I am looking to gain weight. For your friend as long as he burns more calories in the gym he will be fine. Just all water and healthy food. no pop and junk food.
What you posted for his diet is really not healthy starving your body is not the way to lose weight. It takes a long time to reach goals when it comes to weight and the gym. Just stay consistent with it all. He will start losing.
