So I started my first job Thursday of last week. And honestly I love going in and working. And today I go and pickup my first paycheck. Which I'm pretty excited about. It honestly feels good making money without having to ask someone to borrow a few dollars here and there. I'm 16 and frankly I would rather be at work rather than hanging around with friends who brag about getting high all the time.

All about making that mula. It also feels good being able to spend it on what you want due to it being yours.

congrats on your first job and paycheck man its def a special feeling... word of advice save save save. in life shit happens its nice to have a bank roll to fall back on...instead of having the biggest collection of video games just buy the ones you truely want on the other ones wait for a sale or till they drop to $20 you will save a shit ton of money that way.

Indeed I am saving. First to be able to purchase a vehicle of my own in July and second to get a head start for when I graduate from highschool. The money for highschool though can be used both ways. One is if like I needed college tuition or if I decide not to go to college I could use some of the money to get my own place.

Well done man. Enjoy it! Spend your first couple of paychecks then start saving a little bit. Nothing better getting paid and having no bills or responsibilities you have to pay for!
