I have a Stat Track Ak 47 Blue Laminate MW and hes trading me his Ak 47 Jaguar MW is this worth it ?

If the prices are even I'd personally just stay with the StatTrack, simply because it's a StatTrack, higher possibility of it's price rising over the next few weeks/months/years. As opposed to a regular Jaguar.
