hi i was wondering i have a newly jailbroken idevice however i have watched utube videos and these themes look mint with these amazing icons but when i download the theme off cydia it downloads everything but in winterboard where i change it it will redesign but icons will stay the usuall boring self can any1 help me please what do i need to do?

There should be more files in winterboard connected with the download.(they might be separate) if you cant find all the files that came with the download, try and see if the theme is a "complete theme" from the cydia store

try putting your winterboard in summerboard mode there should be an option when you open up winterboard.
