Looks nice, the only I wanna point out is that the sparks kinda looks like the stuff you get after you finish erasing something on paper... aha!

The background doesn't help the logo stand out. It's also a bunch of stocks chucked onto a 'desktop' background. A have to say try using some of your own methods mate.

The overall background be it simple, still does not look bad. But, I would have personally bumped your logo up so that it was bright white and stood out and did not have any effects on it like the background does. But, that is just me.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I've only been designing for about a week now and you guys have been helping me a lot. I made a few minor changes but I'll work on it more tomorrow.
