I would say yes. I bought him on xbox for 5 mil and sold him for around 4.7mil because i thought prices were going to drop by a lot. I wish i never sold him because he was the best player i had played with on the game.

I would have to say yes he is. He does take a while to get used to though. I used him as a striker and he did well though I think he would be better as a cd or cam. Someone that gets the ball more often. But a very good player wherever you play him. Insane dribbling and good skills.

I have Motm Toure in my team now and he is by far the best midfielder in the game. Can play anywhere in the midfield and boss it. His free kicks always go in. So strong he never gets knocked off the ball. One of the very few special cards that I can see a difference in. If you can afford him then get him. I play him as a cm with vieira and effenberg. It's like a wall in midfield
