Im sure $300 is enough to run at 30fps-?fps with no drops below 29. I already have a decent pc just a new psu and gpu and im set. And some more ram wouldnt hurt at all.

You will be able to get most money but you may have to put abit more money into it to get a more high end PC to runs games at better performance.
