ChrisIsU- wrote I don't have anything to get free in app purchases i only have barrel and flux and a few other things

Jailbreaking still may be able to cause it. I remember I didn't receive gems that I bought and I was jailbroken. I didn't have localiapstore, iApCracker, etc. But I still did not receive my gems. I contacted iTunes and they said that they saw my transaction but that I never received anything, so they refunded me. Then I put my device and safemode and I received my gems!

Did you purchase them directly on the game? or off a website? If it was on the game you should of received them straight after you confirmed your itunes password!

SuperCell can't help you if its a transaction problem. The transaction goes through Apple, not SuperCell. All they will do is tell you to contact Apple Support.
