OtakuBoo wrote Why is Bungie pretty much forcing us to buy the DLC? I got on destiny today to do the nightfall and heroic, of course they were DLC. Even the daily mission was DLC. Its not fair on the players who dont have the DLC, maybe they cant afford it. The only thing Bungie had to say about this was "Weekly and daily events will be a mixture of old and new content" (paraphrased).

Lots of people have made a suggestion to add a vanilla strike playlist to allow players to do the nightfall and heroic even if they dont have the DLC. Bungie dont seem to have acknowledged this. Now im a huge fan of destiny and i have been a loyal fan of bungie for years, but this seems like they are only in it for the money. I mean, all of the DLC from the dark below is already on the disc, the only thing you pay for when you buy the DLC is the activation. I dont know about you, but that seems shady to me. I only wish that bungie would have a little more consideration for the fans that dont have certain content, cos that means that they will be locked out of some activities that they should be able to do in the first place.

Rant over, go ahead and criticize, i dont really care.

Maybe if you stop being cheap and buy dlc this wouldn't happen.

I know what you are saying but it is a Strike technically. They cant just exclude a strike from weekly events because it is DLC. They want to make it challenging and change it up a bit. No one is really forcing you to pay for the DLC but it is great to play!

With the shit storm that came their way after the launch of the DLC and this issue happening back in December I thought they would have fixed this.

Why dont they just add a DLC separate option to missions.
I quit playing the game back in October because of how grindy the game is. And I know that I would not have boughten the DLC. Not having the DLC would have hindered my advancement in leveling up.

With now knowing that they still have not fixed this issue, Im glad I stopped playing the game.

Me and the lads will introduce you to a little bit of the ol' neurotypicality whilst pilfering your pucelage

What's the appeal in scantily-clad voluptuous vixens of evident adolescence?

The mind boggles!

OT: No one is forcing you to buy anything. Disengage the automatic eye lubrication.

It's funny you consider yourself an autist-culler when judging by the way you talk it'd seem you're autistic.

Since we're teaching people new words though, how about you look up the word "terse".

I hope it teaches you something your English teacher obviously left out.

This pretty much explains most video games these days.

I just feel like DLC these days needs to feel more like an expansion of a game, not a requirement. Thats just my opinion.

Something about me being the autistic one it says?

It was in that fleeting moment of revelation that inspired vivid imagery of roleplaying and social-inhibition, I felt truly euphoric. And ponder daddy did. He pondered. Then he pondered some more before finally disregarding your myopic naysaying as nothing more than a plea for +1's from those of equally-dulled sagacity.

So....you called me verbose?

Do I laugh, do I cry?

Better that than alogia, I'd say.

I kind of agree with you there. My brother bought some DLC for Destiny, and a lot of the stuff he does is based on DLC. Usually DlC wasn't a huge deal.

I have bought the DLC even though i cant easily afford it, so how about you take that in to consideration before calling someone cheap. We dont all have the privileges that you do.
