There's a reason people have done the JTAG hack: So they can run homebrew, which is user compiled.

And for the fast files, those HAVEN'T been edited in the JTAG release of Black Ops, or else it wouldn't of ran and outputted a Disk Read error.

You're going to need an un-modified XEX of the beta if you really want this to work.
