A completely agree with this, I've been a original xbox live member for 11+ years now and it's upsetting the amount of money I've lost.

im not seeing the big deal here, are you complaining because they made you pay for a console? Last time i checked Sony charges the same if not more for their consoles and from what ive heard multiplayers garbage and gets hacked, never heard this happening to Microsoft other than Lizard Squad

I have also been through several account suspensions and banned for unbelievable reasons and have never been offered and explanation.
