I have a black controller. If i order a orange controller shell and new buttons. Do I need to solder the buttons to the controller? Or do I just have click them in.

No, the buttons are removable, there's no need to solder anything.

Okay thank you so much. Because in my controller, some of the buttons stick and gets pretty annoying.

If they're just sticky you could probably just clean them but sounds to me like you want to customize it a bit.
