I had this problem too with GTA V, so I brought my Xbox Downstairs where my router is located and plugged an Ethernet cable from my router to Xbox One for a Direct Connection/Wired and GTA V downloaded completely in 2 hours... It gives your Xbox priority over the internet connection and it worked for me!

Use a wired connection and it should be fast and know that digital downloads rely on your broadband so the better your's is the faster it will be.

or if hardwired is not an option for you go to the movie store rent the game on disc, disconnect your xbox from the internet and then install off the rented disc, speeds will be much faster then digital downloading.
