Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has a sponsorship with a protein company/organization, because I'm going to start working out and was curious if this protein shakes actually help when working out.

It would be great if someone could send me some inbox me thanks in advance.

I'm currently using Matrix Anabolic Gold, this is a whey protein.

Very good protein company, with 1 serving having 43g of protein, which is more than I have ever seen so far.

So I'd recommend them mate, just search on Google 'Matrix Nutrition'.

Not saying I'm an expert, but if you ever want more information on this, drop me a PM

Yeah, I was just curious to know if you feel more of a difference than if you went to the gym and not have protein shakes.

I personally use protein shakes, but do not have a sponsorship with any of them. They do help when working out because they give you more energy, get your heart-rate/adrenaline up, and some actually do not taste all that bad. But, they are bad for you if you use too much of it at a time and can cause you to have a heart attack so only use the recommend amount.

no, no, no.

please don't listen to these people who don't even provide sources for what they are doing.

I highly recommend whey, as most products are low in fat and sugar, and high in protein.

look for a brand you'll like and stick to it. Put one scoop in post-workout and fill the rest in with water (not milk!!)

I have been training, working out, and much more. I have lost 30 pound in about 2 months. Very easy stuff if you know how to do it properly.
