So,

I spilled coke on my Razer Black Widow a few weeks back, and I took all the keys about and dumped them in water, and wiped away all the coke as much as I could. But now some of the keys are sticky and it's almost impossible to use without getting frustrated. It seems the coke got into the switches, is this fixable/cleanable? Would it be worth taking it to an IT support shop for them to clean it properly, or is this the end of my keyboard?

All the sugar could mess up the wiring and the board inside the keyboard. Maybe its possible to fix the keyboard but this has to be lucky. If i was you i would but another keyboard. Because guys for repaid gonna charge you loads of money. I had the same problem with my power supply i spilled some coke on my case and went into my power supply. Thank god that i haven't turned my pc on.

And after that the guy charged me 90GBP. I would of get a new and better power supply.

Overall i recommend just getting new one.

Well, depending on when you purchased it and such. You might still have your warranty, which i'm sure Razer would send you a new one

Manufacturer warranty won't cover accidental damage only faults. So unless he brought a warranty from the store which covers this he's kinda out of luck if the switches are full of coke.

The Blackwidow's switches are plate mounted, so you'd have to remove the solder to take the switches off for cleaning. With some boards, I wouldn't hesitate to just dunk the board switches-down in water with the PCB above water. The Blackwidow has more electronics on the front of the PCB, though, so that would be risky. Most electronics can get wet if there's no current or charge involved.

As long as the keyboard isn't powered up when you get it wet nothing will short out. You just have to get it dry before you turn it back on or it begins to rust/oxide.
I dropped Dr Pepper my old laptop and I cleaned the mobo off in a dish washer and the keyboard in the sink and that lived on.
