So whenever i start my PC i am able to open any program i want,

Then this message pops up saying

Explore.exe has stopped working
system error

(NOT SURE IF THATS COMPLETELY CORRECT BUT IT'S SOMETHING LIKE THAT)

THen a couple of minutes later, Any program i attempt to open doesnt open and then i can't download or open anything,
I ran a Virus scan using kaspersky, It removes this program called
db100.exe
or
db101.exe

But it keeps coming back, Is there anyway i can find out where the main source of the virus is?

If you need more info please post below with what you need ill provide as much as i can.

Thank you!

You can try a few things:-

Boot into Safe mode, run a scan with an anti virus you've already got.

Try malwarebytes if you haven't already:

or

Hitman Pro:

Run these in safe mode with networking if you can and do a full scan.

Check your startup entries and do a scan in safe mode.
Delete all restore points.
Then restore IE to default settings.
