250 what? We'd need to know your currency. However, there isn't much in the way of upgrades that you'd need. You've already got a pretty high end rig. You could maybe grab a new motherboard and PSU for SLI support if you wanted? You could add more storage if needed. Add more RAM if you'll benefit from it. You could upgrade your case if you wished, but what you have is fine.

Why? You have an 8 thread Xeon, no need to upgrade that at all. You could upgrade mobo and PSU for SLI support and that way you can add another 970 when you have more money. If you do lots of editing/rendering and what not, you may benefit from adding another 8GB RAM. You could get a new case if you wanted or you could add more HDDs/SSDs. Oooor, start a secondary rig.

Ok, so i guess there's nothing really i need to upgrade then, i don't do editing/rendering so no need for more ram, maybe another SSD at some point, and a secondary rig doesn't interest me at this time Thanks
