I'll be soon starting PC Gaming in a few days or week or so,
I'm getting a Gaming PC to play games like DayZ, Battlefield and L4D etc..
As I'm left handed, I'm sure its more difficult to use the keyboard, any suggestions or tips to get use to the keyboard?.
And my other question was, what tips would you give me for a newbie on DayZ?
If you want to play some DayZ and few other games on Steam let me know.

It shouldn't be any harder for you to use the keyboard. It might be harder for you as far as using the mouse though. All my left handed friends said they eventually just got use to using a right hand mouse overtime. There are many guides for Day Z but, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] one was the most helpful to me.

I am actually left handed too.
What I did was I played Minecraft for a couple of months, and got used to it. Then I moved onto Shooter games when I got comfortable with the keyboard.
I can now play Minecraft, Counter Strike: Go, Call of Duty, and more games on PC with out any trouble, even though I am left handed.
Don't let your hands in get your way, don't think about it and it won't bother you after awhile.

An ambidextrous mouse is always a good start!

Let me just say this one tip for DayZ.
If you think you're not going to go through hell, bullshit, and excruciating problems then think again. You won't be able to find your friends for at least 30 minutes unless you're well informed. You will be chased by zombies that glitch through houses and you will die if you jump off something half your body height.
Have fun.
